What this site collects
This site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups, and it does not ask you to submit personal information online. We take jobs by phone. When you call, we hear what you choose to tell us, such as your name, address and the problem you are dealing with, and we use it only to schedule and carry out the work you asked for.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, not to identify you.
Services that load from other companies
Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google. The map on each page is not loaded until you click View map; only then does your browser load it from Google Maps. Google's own privacy policy applies to those requests.
Phone calls
Calls to our number are answered around the clock. When every inspector is committed, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local provider so you still get help; in that case, what you say on the call is shared with that provider for the purpose of helping you.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Browser features such as saved preferences may store small amounts of data on your device, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings.

You can ask us what information we hold from a call, or ask us to delete it, by calling (973) 913-7658. We will answer honestly and act on the request where the law allows.
