We ask a few questions, tell you what to do right away if water is involved, and book a visit at a time that works. For active water, sewage or flooding, we tell you what to shut off and what to keep people away from before we arrive.
North Jersey calls are scheduled from the Newark service office; Atlantic County calls from the Margate City head office. If every inspector is committed during a major storm, we may forward your call to another trusted local provider so you still get help, and you will be told before anyone comes.
